HOUSING RESOURCES
The SBWI does not provide housing for students. We are located in Adrian, Michigan (pop. 21,000). It is highly recommended that you begin this search as soon as possible. It is important to have your housing situation established before class begins. This will ensure that students can focus on their studies without distractions. Adrian is a fairly small community, so travel to and from school will rarely present issues. During winter months snow and ice can cause issues. In the case of severe snow and ice on the roads, class will be canceled. This happens maybe 2-3 times per year on average. We will do our best to notify students of any cancellations via email and text message.
