We are seeking skilled woodworkers and craftspeople to join our growing team of organ builders.
Founded in 2023 to carry forward the legacy of renowned organ-builder, Martin Pasi, we are a unique and sought-after pipe organ company with a deep commitment to craftsmanship, tradition, and the future of organ building.
Opportunities
Woodworking: Contribute to the creation of pipe organs through woodworking, from case work to console construction.
Casting & Pipe Making: Cast metal alloys and craft organ pipes, shaping the very heart of each instrument's voice.
Metal and Mechanical Action: Create mechanical components for stop actions, utilizing traditional techniques and CNC machines.
Leatherwork: Craft leather components that are crucial to the organs' functionality and longevity.
Voicing, Tuning and Maintenance: Work alongside our expert voicers to help define the unique sound and character of each organ and service them.

Workshop: Completed in the fall of 2023, the Abbey Woodshop is located on the grounds of Saint John’s Abbey in Collegeville, MN. Our 30,000 sqft shop is comprised of shared and dedicated spaces for Saint John’s Abbey Organ Builders as well as Saint John’s Abbey Woodworking and Abbey Artisans.
Utilizing the family of tools that Martin Pasi has acquired over the decades, along with recently purchased machines, we have the ability to create all components for our pipe organs “in house.”
