Student Housing
Adrian is a small college town, and there are many options available for housing.
SBWI does not provide housing, but we do have partnerships with local housing groups and exclusive rights to several rooms that are reserved for SBWI students. We are located in Adrian, Michigan (pop. 21,000). It is highly recommended that you begin this search as soon as possible. Students must have their housing situation established before class begins. This will ensure that students can focus on their studies without distractions.
If students are interested in sharing an apartment with another student(s), we can add their name to a list of contacts with other students seeking similar arrangements.

The Adrian Armory and Events Center has one apartment available for rent. Best for one person, no pets or smokers, with a commitment for 10 months minimum. It will be available in June of 2026. There is a private entrance and a parking space. Rent is $750/month (utilities and wifi included). Partially furnished with a bed, dining table, and chairs, and appliances included.
