The DuPage Woodworkers are a local organization that meets once a month in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. To support our motto, Learning by Sharing, business at our meetings is kept to a minimum so that we can focus on the evening's program; generally, a demonstration of some aspect of the woodworking process. After a short break for refreshments, we have "From Our Workshop," where members can share their projects and explain them to attendees for admiration and questions.

The Rochester Woodworkers Society is an active group of men and women in Upstate NY, dedicated to the enjoyment of woodworking. We offer lectures and workshops by renowned woodworking personalities and local professionals, an extensive lending library of books and videos, online special interest group forums, and more…

The Central Minnesota Woodworker's Association is a community of men and women from around the St. Cloud, Minnesota area who share a common interest in the art, craft and business of woodworking. We meet monthly in St. Cloud to share information, techniques and topics of interest in the area of woodworking.

The Delaware Woodworkers Guild is a 501(c)(7) organization with the purpose to share woodworking knowledge and techniques; to educate through demonstrations, courses and shop visits; to create an inclusive social network for area woodworkers of all ages, and to help charitable causes in our community with our woodworking skills.

The Sonoma County Woodworkers Association is a 30 year old, non-profit association of over 100 professional and amateur woodworkers. Through the presentation of lectures, seminars, discussions, workshops and field trips we hope to promote the education of the principles of woodworking.

The Olympia Woodworker’s Guild is a place for people who enjoy the craft and art of woodworking. We share ideas, help others learn the craft, and use our meetings to improve and expand our skills. Juried Show Opportunity: Wharton Esherick Museum. Deadline January 9, 2026. How does Wharton Esherick’s life and work seem groundbreaking in 2026 and how might this be interpreted through your own practice?

Central Indiana Woodworkers' primary mission is to help its members become better woodworkers both in skill and by giving back to the community in the process.

In 1977, a small group of tool collectors formed CRAFTS, meeting informally to talk about tools. In 1980, the club was incorporated as a non-profit organization with the purpose of encouraging interest in early trades and industries and fostering the identification, study, preservation and exhibition of early tools and implements.

Amateur and professionals who are currently involved in all areas of woodworking crafts are invited to become members of the Baton Rouge Woodworkers Club. Beginning woodworkers or others who are interested in learning more about woodworking skills are also encouraged to become members.

The residency is intended to give artists an inspiring and expertly equipped environment to work on one or more specific projects. Use of wood or metal as a primary material is not a requirement, but preference will be given to artists working in these media.

This $100 grant is awarded each month via a random drawing. All SIBlings are eligi­ble to apply. To become a SIBling, simply sign the Code of Conduct.

The Great Lakes Chapter of the Society of American Period Furniture Makers meets twice a year at the Sam Beauford Woodworking Institute.

SBWI Members pay $12/month and can attend some classes at no additional cost.

The CFC Fellowship program provides emerging and established furniture makers, carvers, and turners with a stimulating environment for research into new skills, new designs, and new perspectives.

The Summer Residency offers ten days of uninterrupted studio time, and an opportunity to work with artists across creative disciplines. Applicants propose a project for a primary studio area including ceramics, metalsmithing, and woodworking. There is also a mixed media studio suitable for other projects. Artists at any stage in their career are welcome but must be capable of using studio equipment independently.

Volunteers help the Croswell in many ways. Front of House volunteers serve as door greeters, ticket takers and ushers, and also serve food and drinks in the concession stand. Office volunteers might help with mailings, answer phones or assist with promoting a show — for example, by becoming a Croswell Ambassador and distributing posters to local businesses.

Adrian Center for the Arts is a flourishing network of artists, offering opportunities to children, students, adults and professional artists to pursue art, a place for self-expression and development of craft, through classes, workshops and artist’s studio spaces.
